Competitor Tracking
This is an adaption of our News Research service. For example, you could name 10 companies you would like us to track, and we email you each business day with stories and updates on those companies. "Information is Power" - knowing what your competitors are doing on a very timely basis gives you an edge in being able to respond to their activities. In today's wired world, there is an ever-increasing need to be ahead of the game. Without employing our Competitor Tracking service, you are falling behind in the race to be up-to-date.

Mystery Shopper
Retailers user mystery shopper services for two reasons - to monitor their own staff performance, and to gain information on their competitors. We will work with you to determine what information you want out of this research, and over what timescale. Perhaps you want to track the performance of two of your shops on the days that the manager is off, or to find out how the competition up and down your very High Street is doing. By setting a number of measures for our mystery shoppers to score and comment on, you can then compare the results over time. We have a network of mystery shoppers of different profiles, and expect that we can find someone to match your requirements easily.

Financial Analysis
Jeremy Parkin worked for five years for a City of London firm of accountants called Neville Russell, now morphed into Mazars. He is used to Financial Analysis, comparing the results and progress of multiple organisations with each other. This work principally falls into three areas, the analysis of competitors, customers and suppliers. How well are they doing? How easily can they pay us? Could they stop supply because of financial difficulties?
